Your will be required to:
Listen to potential tenants requirements
Qualify requirements
Match property to requirements
Show potential tenants properties
Collect and analyze legal documents
Value properties
Liaise with developers & our overseas clients
Help expand our ever-growing portfolio

We want someone who:
Is money hungry
Has some sales experience (preferably within telesales)
Is motivated and ambitious
Has with a 'can do' attitude
Has a passion for sales
Has energy and an infectious personality
Is well-spoken
Is well-presented
Is confident
Is a keen listener
Has a desire to learn

To Apply You Must Qualify By:
Having a driver's licence
Being eligible to work in the UK
Being computer literate
Being able to speak English Fluently
Have some level of Sales experience (preferably within telesales)


What We're Offering:
Multi angled commission structure
Your basic salary could be increased twice in 1 year (OTE £30k+ in year 1, OTE £40k+ in year 2)
Personal profit share after 18 months
