Important information for Square Mile and John Hollingsworth landlords concerning Energy Performance Certificates - EPCs

From October 2008 all residential properties let in the UK will require an EPC. For existing landlord clients of Square Mile and John Hollingsworth these will be obtained prior to the new let or re-let of your property in compliance with the new regulations. Once obtained these will last for 10 years. Copies of the EPC will be supplied to tenants at the commencement of each tenancy.
